Yoselin has spent the past four years working hard to get her degree at the University of California, Irvine. She has a passion for the environment and regularly volunteered her time to conservation groups and environmental organizations in order to help promote sustainable practices at home and in the community. She specializes in food justice within rural communities and participated in several projects where urban farming was introduced into low income neighborhoods so families would have access to organic and nutritious foods while learning how to cultivate their own produce.
