What’s Covered
As the groups complete the initiatives given to them by their instructors, they can move on to more difficult challenges. Draw out learning after each activity and learn to talk through challenges that face the team.

The activities are up to the discretion of the instructor. They take a read of the group and consider the schools overall goals when choosing what activities to facilitate.
